Visit to Mt. Samat. April 2008

Mount Samat is a historic mountain in Bataan, located near it’s summit is the Mount Samat National Shrine which was dedicated to the fallen Filipino and American during World War II. Since it’s a holiday to celebrate the “Araw ng Kagitingan”, me and my friends (Janet and Lei) decided to pay a visit to this national shrine. We decided that we will walk instead of riding a jeepney or a tricycle. We’ve been walking for hours now but still can’t see the majestic cross. Good thing, we saw our colleague Paul and gave us a ride.

At last, we’re here! 🙂
